Refund Policy

 

  1. Bookings cancelled at least a week in advance will receive a full refund.
  2. Bookings cancelled with less than7 days notice can choose between a 50% refund or a 75% credit towards a future order.
  3. Cancellations must be done by phone or email and refunds will not apply until an email confirmation is sent to you acknowledging your request (texting after business hours the night before will not work).
  4. A full credit will be applied towards a future order in the event that we are unable to set up a lawn display for any reason including road closures prohibiting access, flooding, ice storms or any condition we consider too dangerous to drive in.
  5. No refunds will apply for the following:
  • If we are given the wrong address or date
  • If you did not correct an error in the confirmation email
  • If permission was not given to you by the homeowner or recipient and we are asked to remove the display
  • If the driver feels threatened by an aggressive animal on the property and is unsure whether it is restrained
  • If we are turned away from a gated neighborhood by security because they were not informed
